Hillman – original new old stock 1990s Manhattan Products keyring

A superb original new old stock Hillman keyring produced by Manhattan Products ( who also traded as Manhattan Windsor ) which we would think will have been produced during the 1990s – towards the end of Manhattan Product’s production .

This keyring will have been produced for the classic car market – some time after the final Hillman car had actually been produced.

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer  – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This new old stock Hillman keyring was produced by Manhattan Products of Birmingham who have become recognised as being the premier manufacturer of the finest British automotive keyrings ever produced – sadly they closed their doors some time ago having produced keyrings for over 30 years .

This is the only example of one of these Manhattan Products Hillman keyrings which we have ever listed .

This new old stock keyring has a nickel plated badge with jewellery quality red and yellow vitreous enamelling of the highest standard .

The reverse of the badge is marked with Manhattan Product’s crown logo with M & P either side of the crown .

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine full grain black leather .

This keyring has never been used .

This keyring will be one of the last top quality British made traditional keyrings with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a genuine leather keyfob ever produced for any Hillman car .

From the late 1950s until the 1990s almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were produced in England – it was quite an industry .

Sadly almost all car keyrings are now produced overseas generally with plastic resin badges mounted onto imitation leather keyfobs .
