1 in stock
An original Honda keyfob badge which we would think will have been produced in the early 1970s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .
We have just this one example of this keyring with this badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.
We don’t often list original 50 -odd year old Honda motorcycle keyfob badges in this condition .
This superb Honda motorcycle vitreous enamel badge is in mint condition ( apart from the nickel plating on the back of the badge being rather thin ) and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide .
The nickel plating on the back of the badge is so thin that the base metal shows through – but this hardly matters !
No maker’s mark on the back ( not unusual ) but almost certainly produced in Birmingham .
The badge is relatively small ( as befits a motorcycle ) and looks as though it could have been made by AE Wassell of Birmingham – but so far as we are aware Wassells had closed by the early 1970s .
In the 1970s almost all car & motorcycle keyrings were produced in England – it was quite an industry .
The original Honda motorcycle keyrings and keyfob badges which we see are usually damaged or worn – they were used on open motorcycles in all weathers and suffered accordingly .
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason or cancel your order – a full refund will be given.
