Honda motorcycle - original late 1960s vitreous enamel early wings keyfob badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Honda motorcycle keyfob badge which will have been produced in the late 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This is one of the very earliest Honda motorcycle keyfob badges which we have ever listed – and what a lovely badge !

We have only ever listed one other example although it was still attached to it’s original leather keyfob but the badge was damaged.

This vitreous enamel early wings Honda motorcycle keyfob badge is in really superb condition and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide .

The black vitreous enamel with red enamel detail and nickel plating could be described as being in mint condition – quite remarkable for a 50+ year old badge which will have been used on an open motorcycle in all weather conditions .

‘ Made in England’ marked on the back of the badge – there were many producers of motor cycle & car keyrings in the 1960s ( many of them being very small concerns and almost all of them based in England )

Their details and identities have sadly become lost in time and are unlikely to surface in the future having never been properly recorded and are now probably lost forever .
