Indian Motocycle – original 1980s? vintage tan leather keyring

An Indian Motocycle keyring which is difficult to date – but we would think that it will probably have been produced in the 1980s – but could be a decade or more out either way .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This is one of the very few ‘vintage’ Indian keyrings specifically produced to be used with an Indian Motocycle which we have ever listed .

Obviously produced some time after the final Indian as Indian ‘ bit the dust’ in 1952 and it was only the final Indian Chiefs which actually had an ignition key which a keyring could be attached to .

We would think that this keyring would have been produced in USA as there are so few Indian bikes in Britain and only a tiny handful of late Chiefs which could use a keyring like this one .

This keyring is in good condition with a vinyl decal badge inlaid into a keyfob in genuine tan leather .

The reverse of the keyring has ‘INDIAN MOTORCYCLES SINCE 1901’ embossed in silver .

Even the splitring is engraved ‘ INDIAN MOTORCYCLES’
