An original vintage keyring commemorating the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy Races.

Keyrings like this one were probably bought in good numbers by motorcyclists attending the IOM TT Races over 50 years ago.

Almost all of those keyrings will by now have been lost or discarded and this almost mint condition example will be a very rare survivor and is the only example which we have ever listed over the years .

The keyring is in new old stock condition and has most probably never been used.

The gilt plated depiction of a motorcycle + rider with red vitreous enamel detail is bonded to a nickel plated badge mount which is mounted onto a keyfob in white vinyl .

Vinyl was commonly used for motorcycle keyrings in the 1960s – it was considered far more durable than leather for use on an open motorcycle in all weathers .
