Isle of Man TT races – original vintage keyring dating from the 1960s

An original keyring commemorating the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy races which will have been produced in the 1960s .

Keyrings like this one will have been available to buy on the Island during the period of the races.

This keyring is in excellent condition and it is unlikely that it will have actually have been used – probably having being bought at the time as a souvenir rather than as a keyring to actually use .

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in red vinyl .

Vinyl was often used for keyfobs in the 1960s – particularly if the keyring was intended for use on an open motorcycle – vinyl being much more weatherproof than leather .
