Jaguar E type – original 1970s vitreous enamel badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Jaguar E-type keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1970s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We have just this one example of this keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This original vitreous enamel keyfob badge is in really excellent condition and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in full grain black leather .

The badge is a rare example of the ‘everyday’ keyfob badges which were mounted onto keyfobs at the time for use with the many thousands of Jaguar E-types which were in regular use on the roads in the 1970s .

Almost all of those keyrings will by now have been lost or simply discarded when the leather keyfob became worn with use .

No maker’s name on the back of the badge ( simply ‘ MADE IN ENGLAND ‘ ) – but almost certainly made in Birmingham .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive with an original badge now safely mounted onto a new leather keyfob and ready for many years on the road again .
