Jaguar – original vintage 1960s keyring in age-worn condition

An original Jaguar keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This keyring is in good serviceable condition but is worn with age .

The vitreous enamel badge is well worn with enamel chips and there is a small dent on the edge of the badge at 10 o’clock on the face of the badge .

The genuine leather keyfob is very well worn in like a comfortable pair of shoes but still intact .

This keyring will have been issued by a Jaguar dealership at the time – the gold embossed detail of the dealership name has worn away but details of the 3 dealership sites remains just legible :- Stourbridge, Walsall & Wolverhampton .

This keyring is still in perfectly serviceable condition – it has many miles left in it yet and would look the part in use in an original condition car .

Nowadays many customers do prefer a keyring which has ‘ had a life ‘ and the value of original Jaguar keyrings has risen to the extent that original keyrings in patinated condition like this one have now become relatively valuable collector’s items.

Keyrings like this one will have become talismans which will have accompanied their owners on all their journeys through life .

If only a keyring like this one could talk……………..
