Jeep - original acrylic red, white & blue dome badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original acrylic dome Jeep keyfob badge which we would think will have been produced in the 1990s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

An original acrylic dome keyfob badge similar to those which were originally made by Renamel Ltd of Kilburn High Road, London .

The badge is in excellent condition and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide .

Renamel were the first manufacturer to make keyrings with these acrylic badges which have lasted very well over the years and do have the advantage over the more traditional vitreous enamel badges in that they do not chip if dropped onto a hard concrete floor !

Other manufacturers then followed suit although they seldom marked their keyrings with their name ( We do not think that this badge was made by Renamel )
