Home / Online Shop / Lancia – original 1960s vitreous enamel badge with a plating flaw remounted onto a new leather keyfob
1 in stock
An original Lancia keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.
PLEASE NOTE that the badge mounted onto this keyfob does have a flaw as described below .
We have just this one keyring with this flawed badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.
An original nickel plated badge in cobalt blue and white enamel .
An area of the nickel plating on this badge has flaked off revealing the underlying copper base metal – this can be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos .
The rest of the plating does appear to be stable but obviously we cannot guarantee this to remain the case – and the keyring is priced accordingly .
We would not generally remount a badge with a flaw like this but these badges are scarce and this keyring would be ideal for use with the spare keys or to be placed in a collection .
‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ marked onto the reverse of the badge
In the 1960s and 1970s almost all keyrings and keyfob badges for the world’s cars were produced in England – it was quite an industry .
We have remounted the badge as shown in the photos onto a new keyfob in full grain black leather.
This badge will be original & correct for use with any 1960s or early 1970s Lancia motor car.
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive .
