Land Rover – original 1990s? dealership keyring

£75.00

1 in stock

An original Land Rover keyring which we would think will have been issued in the 1990s or very possibly early 2000s

We have just this one keyring to offer  – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

The green oval badge is the badge which we all associate with Land Rover and is correct for almost all Series Land Rovers, 90s & 110 and all Defenders together with Discovery, Freelander and early 2000s Range Rover. .

These Land Rover dealership keyrings were the standard issue with new Land Rover vehicles in the 1990s & early 2000s – some were embossed with the dealership details like this one whilst others were embossed with phone nos. for assistance and autoglass repairs .

Despite many thousands probably being issued at the time very few seem to have survived .

Probably because Land Rovers tended to be used as working vehicles at that time rather than as the luxurious vehicles which they have become nowadays.

Consequently the keyrings were used in working conditions like the vehicles themselves and keyrings like this one are now much sought after .

This keyring is in very good condition with a genuine vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a genuine leather keyfob of generous thickness.

The vitreous enamel badge is in perfect condition with no scratches or enamel chips whatsoever ( quite unusual ! )

The leather keyfob shows some small evidence of having been used .

The keyring was made by  Manhattan Products of Birmingham who made most Land Rover keyrings from the 1970s through to the early 2000s when they sadly closed .

Manhattan made the finest quality British automotive keyrings from the late 1970s onwards and their products were exported all over the world.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
