Land Rover – original new old stock 1990s keyring with genuine leather keyfob

An original new old stock Land Rover keyring which we would think will have been made in the 1990s .

We have just this one keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

Original Land Rover keyrings from the 1990s in good condition are relatively scarce items as they tended to be used in vehicles which themselves received a lot of use and the keyrings were subject to a lot of wear & tear .

This keyring is in new old stock mint condition – a good old fashioned ‘no nonsense’ top quality British made keyring as British as Roast Beef .

If you were asked to shut your eyes and imagine a Land Rover keyring – it is probably this keyring which you would think of !

The green oval nickel plated badge is in ‘old school’ vitreous enamel ( almost all keyfob badges are now produced in modern resin based enamel )

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather of a generous thickness – keyrings of this quality haven’t been made for a long time.

In the enlarged high resolution listing photos it can be seen that the stitching rows have the stitching pulled tight ………..it is almost as if there is no stitching there at all  !

Close inspection reveals that the thread is there – machine stitching of small items like keyrings in supple leather often pulled the thread tight like this .

The famous Land Rover green oval badge is date correct for most Land Rover vehicles produced in the 1980s & 1990s – Defender 90/110 also Range Rover , Discovery & Freelander .
