Land Rover / Range Rover- original new old stock late 1960s/ early 1970s Freeline keyring – collector’s item

NOW SOLD – sorry this keyring has now been sold and can no longer be ordered

An original new old stock Land Rover keyring which will have been produced in the late 1960s or very early 1970s .

Just this one example to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

What a superb keyring !

This keyring is in new old stock mint condition with a vitreous enamel badge in translucent gold and solid black enamel mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather .

By the style of the ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ backstamp on the badge & the style of the leather keyfob we know that this keyring was made by Freeline of Bristol and is the only example for Land Rover which we have ever listed .

Freeline’s keyrings had jewellery quality vitreous enamel badges mounted onto distinctive shouldered keyfobs in a very good grade of genuine black leather .

They were a small concern compared to Melsom Products of Birmingham who were the main automotive keyring producer at the time .

Freeline produced a surprising range of keyrings but in relatively small numbers – so examples of their keyrings especially in mint condition like this one are few and far between .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for use with any Series II, Series IIA or III Land Rover – also early 1970 onwards Range Rover .
