Laverda – original vintage late 1960s keyring – collector’s item

An original Laverda keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s.

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

Original keyrings for Laverda motorcycles are very scarce and we have only had 2 or 3 to list here in the shop over the last few years.

This is the very best one which we have ever listed – and this is the only example of this design which we have ever seen.

It came to us in a small & very exclusive collection of motorcycle keyrings- many of which we had never seen examples of before.

We would date it as having been made in the late 1960s.

Condition of this keyring is virtually mint – however has it remained in this condition for almost 50 years ?

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a black vinyl keyfob.

Vinyl was often used for motorcycle keyrings in the early days as vinyl was a far more practical choice for use on an open motorcycle in all weathers than leather which soon became saturated & soggy in wet conditions.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and would be original & correct for use with 1966 onwards 650cc twin and 1969 onwards 750 twin. Also 1969 onwards 1000 triple and 1972 3CL.

When it has been sold this listing will cancel- and we very much doubt if we will ever see another one like this particularly in this condition.
