Home / Online Shop / Maserati – early 2000s? new old stock keyring with a vitreous enamel badge
1 in stock
A Maserati keyring which is difficult to date as these keyrings with the badge riveted onto the keyfob were produced from the 1980s up until relatively recently .
We would think that this one will have been produced within the last 15 years .
We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .
The main feature of this keyring is the genuine vitreous enamel badge – so much nicer than the badges in ‘ modern ‘ resin based resin enamel which are produced these days .
This keyring is in brand new condition with the vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in black faux leather .
The badge is mounted onto the keyfob by means of an aluminium rivet securing the badge loop – this method of keyring construction carried on through the late 1980s until relatively recently .
Almost certainly this keyring would have been made in Birmingham – some car keyrings were still being made in England in the early 2000s although that was changing fast .
Whilst being budget priced these keyrings were well made and had a genuine vitreous enamel badge .
‘ MADE IN ENGLAND ‘ marked on the back of the badge – keyrings are now invariably produced overseas with ‘modern’ resin based enamel badges which will no longer be marked ‘MADE IN ENGLAND ‘ as sadly they are no longer made in England .
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive
