We have just this one example of this original Matchless keyring with the badge mounted onto a keyfob in burgundy leather.
The keyring is in excellent condition with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine burgundy leather.
There are a few hairline marks in the yellow enamel which can just be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos.
These have probably been there since the badge was made – not uncommon in 50 year old vitreous enamel .
The keyring will have been made in the very early 1960s almost certainly by one of the small Birmingham badgemakers who were producing keyrings at that time.
The main producer of motorcycle keyrings was AE Wassell of Birmingham – but this keyring is not one of theirs.
This keyring is original & correct for use with any late 1950s or 1960s Matchless motorcycle.
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive – when it has been sold this listing will cancel.
