An original  vitreous enamel Mercedes Benz keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1970s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We did list and sell a keyring with a similar original badge recently – prior to that we had not received one of these badges since May 2024 .

We have just this one example of this original Mercedes Benz keyfob badge to offer remounted onto a new keyfob in full grain navy blue leather as shown in the photos.

In the 1970s and 1980s Mercedes Benz often used navy blue leather for their keyrings so we follow suit with some of our remounts .

This is an original Mercedes Benz vitreous enamel keyfob badge which will have been made in the 1970s and is in really excellent condition .

The bright nickel plated badge has a border of dark cobalt blue vitreous enamel .

The centre of the badge surrounding the white enamelled Mercedes Star has a granulated nickel plated ground which shimmers in the light and is most attractive .

No maker’s name on the back of the badge but in the 1970s almost all automotive keyrings & keyfob badges for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry.

A superb keyring with a badge which is original & correct for any 1970s Mercedes Benz motor car but would look also great used as a ‘retro’ keyring with a classic touch in a much later car .
