MG ( MGB ) - original new old stock 1970s melsom keyring still in original packaging - collector's item

An original MG keyring still in it’s original packaging which will have been produced in the 1970s .

We have just this one keyring in it’s packaging to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

There cannot be many of these still around un-opened after over 40 years !

Literally a ‘time warp’ item .

This melsom keyflix keyring has been safely encapsulated in it’s blister pack since the 1970s .

Made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham who ceased trading in the 1970s .

We know their keyrings well so without opening the packaging we know that this keyring has a nickel plated badge with black vitreous enamel  and will have Melsom’s details on the reverse of the badge ……………..see the final photo which is obviously not of the back of the badge of this keyring !

The badge will be mounted onto a keyfob in genuine tan leather and almost certainly Melsom’s brand name ‘KEYFLIX’ will be embossed into the leather beneath the badge .

This keyring was produced at the time of MGB and MG Midget and would be original & correct for use with either car .

The keyring and packaging in the photos is the actual one which you will receive .
