MGB – original vintage 1970s keyring

An original MGB keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s – when there were plenty of MGBs in daily use on the roads .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

Original 1970s keyrings specifically produced for MGB and still in good condition like this one seem scarce  – we have listed very few over the years .

MGBs were very much driver’s cars at the time and sometimes in daily use covering high mileages and the keyrings could have eventually worn out with continual use .

This keyring is in good used condition with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in faux black leather .

The badge has a few unimportant scratches & scrapes whilst the gold embossing on the reverse of the keyfob has worn but is still legible .

The reverse of the keyfob is plainly stamped with the real leather symbol !

This was common practice before UK trades descriptions legislation grew teeth ( this keyfob is in faux leather – not genuine leather )

This keyring is original & correct for use with 1962 onwards MGB .
