Moonlit Blue teardrop keyring

These were not car related and were very popular and were used by customers who appreciate genuinely handmade leather goods in a variety of interesting leathers and hides.

This ‘ Moonlit blue ‘ keyring was originally produced to a brief supplied by an artisan craftshop in North Norfolk – sadly by the time the keyrings had been made the craftshop had closed it’s doors .

The brief was to produce a keyring which displayed the elements of the seashore and saltmarsh of North Norfolk – and here is the result.

Once the keyring had been made and stitched – the vegetable tanned turquoise hide was then lightly distressed to reveal the lighter hide beneath the surface.

The keyrings were to be marketed as ‘Moonlit blue’ – as the leather almost has the cold iridescence of the new moon over water …………………..who are we to argue with this description ?
