Morris Mini - original 1990s/ early 2000s new old stock keyring

An original Morris Mini keyring which will most probably have been produced in the 1990s or early 2000s .

Obviously a ‘retro’ keyring produced for use with classic Morris Minis – not an original keyring from the time when the cars were originally built .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in new old stock condition with an enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob embossed ‘REAL LEATHER’ ……………but this keyfob is actually in imitation leather although you have to examine it very closely to be sure !

The texture and feel of the imitation leather is very close to the real thing.

The badge is in ‘old school’ vitreous enamel – a few years after this keyring was produced vitreous enamel keyfob badges started to be replaced by ‘modern’ resin enamel badges which are just not of the same quality .

In the 1990s and early 2000s these keyrings were still being made in England but sadly that did not last much longer as production then moved to The Far East .

We would regard a keyring like this one to be an example of one of the last really good quality British made keyrings before quality declined .
