Moto Guzzi - original vintage 1970s/ 1980s keyring - collector's item

NOW SOLD – sorry this keyring has now been sold and can no longer be ordered but has been left on view as a rare example of an original Moto Guzzi keyring .

An original Moto Guzzi keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s or 1980s .

This original Moto Guzzi keyring is in excellent condition .

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in black faux leather .

Three of the very slightest flecks of nickel plating missing from the badge which can just about be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos but are not noticeable at all when viewed at life size with the naked eye  – not bad for a 40 year old motorcycle keyring !

These original Moto Guzzi keyrings are very scarce and consequently now valuable – this is the only complete one which we have ever seen & listed over the last 12 years .

We are also currently listing an identical keyfob badge to the one mounted onto the original keyring in this listing which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob   (unless now sold )

That remounted badge is only the 3rd original example of one of these badges which we have ever seen over the last 12 years .

These badges have been reproduced by others and examples do appear for sale on internet auction sites – but they are in modern resin based enamel ( not vitreous enamel like this one ) and are not marked ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ on the reverse .
