Norton - original vintage new old stock keyring with melsom badge

An original Norton keyring which we would think will have been produced in the 1980s – when there were still Norton bikes on the roads in daily use .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in new old stock condition with a nickel plated vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in tan faux leather .

The badge actually dates from the very late 1960s or early 1970s as it has Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham’s details on the reverse .

Melsom Products Ltd closed in the early 1970s and there would have probably been quite a lot of badge stock etc which was passed onto other manufacturers which they then used up over the years .

We would think that the manufacturer of this keyring used an original Melsom Products Ltd Norton badge on this keyfob at a later date .
