Opel - original vintage 1950s keyring - collector's item

An original Opel keyring which will have been produced in the mid to late 1950s .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This is the earliest Opel keyring which we have ever listed and will be original & correct for use with 1950s Opel Rekord P1, Olympia & Kapitan .

The owners of cars produced before the mid 1950s could have bought a keyring like this one to use with their car as soon as keyrings like these became available from the mid 1950s onwards.

Car keyrings only started to appear from the mid 1950s onwards.

This keyring is in excellent condition with a little gilt badge with blue vitreous enamel detail mounted onto a stitched keyfob in genuine tan leather .

The clasp can be opened to allow the car key( s )  to be fitted as shown in the final photo .
