Pontiac - original 1980s acrylic badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Pontiac keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1980s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

These acrylic badges were originally made by Renamel Ltd of 10, Kilburn High Road London although by the 1980s they had relocated to Honeypot Lane also in London .

At that time almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were still being made in England – it was quite an industry .

Renamel badges are easily recognisable by the made in england statement engraved on the back of the badge .

The badges have lasted very well over the years – in many cases better than the traditional vitreous enamel badges as they have the advantage of not chipping when dropped onto a concrete floor !

This badge is in excellent condition and we have remounted it onto a new leather keyfob so it is now good for another 30+ years !

This badge is original & correct for use with any 1980s Pontiac motor car .
