An original Pride & Clarke keyfob badge which will date from the late 1950s or early 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .
We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.
Pride & Clarke of Stockwell Road London were the largest motorcycle dealers in the world and produced their own keyrings to accompany the bikes which they sold .
Amazingly this keyfob badge is the only one which we have ever seen of many thousands which must have been produced at the time !
The vitreous enamel badge is in superb condition and we have remounted it onto a new leather keyfob .
It would be the ultimate addition to a bike known to have passed through Pride & Clarke at the time – and a very large percentage of bikes in Southern Britain in the 1950s & 1960s could claim that distinction !
Pride & Clarke was founded in 1920 and by the 1960s was the largest motorcycle showroom in the world with showrooms on both sides of Stockwell Road all painted in their distinctive maroon livery .
Up to 2000 machines were held in stock at any one time and on Saturdays over 30 salesman were on hand to deal with the amount of customers !
Pride & Clarke was literally a motorcycling empire and sadly closed in 1978 …………..Empires rise & Empires fall .
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive .
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason or cancel your order – a full refund will be given.
