Riley - original vintage late 1950s Gale Melville keyring

An original Riley keyring which will have been produced in the late 1950s .

An original Riley blue diamond badge keyring dating from the late 1950s & made by Gale Melville Ltd of Surrey – their mark is on the reverse of the badge.

The keyring is in very good condition and is original & correct for use with any late 1950s or 1960s Riley motor car.

The little leather strap retaining the badge onto the keyfob has a scratch on it as can be seen in the enlarged high resolution listing photos .

This has been caused by the top corner of the Riley diamond badge as it has been flipped up from the keyfob .

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine light tan leather with a pouch intended for the storage of a coin for use in a ‘phone box in case of emergency – there were no mobile ‘phones in the late 1950s !
