Riley - original vintage new old stock? 1960s 'Trend' keyring - collector's item

An original Riley keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer- when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in superb condition and is probably new old stock having never been used .

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather gold embossed ‘Trend Real Leather ‘

‘Made in Britain’ cast into the back of the badge – how often do you read that statement nowadays ?

Made by ‘Trend’ – we do occasionally come across their keyrings for other makes of car but have never discovered who they were .

The keyrings which they produced were made to a higher standard than most other car keyrings available at the time and it may be that they couldn’t compete with the lower prices being charged for keyrings of lesser quality from other manufacturers.
