1 in stock

An original  Rolls Royce torpedo keyring which will have been issued between 1972 and 1986 .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

An original Frank Dale Ltd keyring .

The keyring is in exceptionally good condition and may well be new old stock having never been issued .

The nickel plated badge has black vitreous enamel detail and is mounted onto a torpedo keyfob in a generous thickness of genuine black leather .

Gold embossed onto the back of the keyfob are the details of Frank Dale Ltd together with the Farm Lane, Fulham address .

The business was established in 1946 and is now the world’s oldest independent Rolls Royce & Bentley specialist dealing in the very finest vintage and classic Rolls Royce & Bentley motor cars.

The business traded from Holbein Place, Sloane Square – right in the heart of Chelsea between 1965 and 1972 before moving to Farm Lane, Fulham where it remained until 1986 .

In 1986 the business moved again to King St. Hammersmith and Frank Dale & Stepsons Ltd is now located in Sandhurst .

This keyring would be a superb addition to a car known to have been supplied by Frank Dale Ltd Fulham .

Torpedo shaped keyrings were originally produced by Castles Unit Development Co. ( CUD ) of Leicester and were phased out in the mid 1960s .

Frank Dale Ltd obviously much preferred the traditional torpedo shape and continued to have their dealership keyrings produced as torpedos .

The price we are listing it at reflects what we were prepared to pay for it when we were offered it- keyrings like this one do not appear every day and no longer ever appear cheaply.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
