Saab – original vintage new old stock late 1960s/ 1970s ‘airplane badge ‘ keyring – collector’s item

An original new old stock Saab keyring which will have been produced in the late 1960s or early 1970s .

We have just this one example to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

An original  Saab ‘airplane’ keyring dating from the late 1960s or early 1970s .

The keyring looks as if it could have been made yesterday .

The powder blue vitreous enamel badge has the Saab ‘airplane’ motif and is mounted onto a keyfob in black faux leather .

‘ BRITISH MADE ‘ proudly marked onto the reverse of the badge – in the 1960s & 1970s almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry .

Also on the reverse of the badge is a slight overspill of the blue enamel which can be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos !

There cannot be many almost 50 year old Saab keyrings around in this condition particularly with this most attractive badge .

We have listed 2 or 3 of these badges over the years ( usually with some damage ) all of which we have remounted onto new leather keyfobs .

This example is a completely original keyring which is correct for use with any Saab motor car of the period .
