Standard - original 1950s vitreous enamel shield badge remounted onto a new shield shaped leather keyfob

This keyring was made with the badge mounted onto a shield shaped keyfob as a ‘special order’ for a customer who then changed their mind !

An original Standard keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1950s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

When this keyring with this badge has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This original Standard keyfob badge will have been made by Simons badgemakers of London in the mid 1950s.

The badge is in very good condition and features the Standard shield logo.

We have remounted this badge onto a shield shaped keyfob in full grain black leather as can be seen in the photos .

This badge will be one of the earliest examples of a keyfob badge for a Standard car- keyrings were only just becoming generally available in the mid 1950s.

The badge is original & correct for Standard Vanguard II or III, Vanguard Sportsman, Ensign, Vignale and 8/10/Pennant.
