An original vintage Sunbeam Rapier keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s.
Just this one example to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .
A Sunbeam Rapier keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s – when there were still plenty of Rapiers in daily use on the roads and in need of keyrings .
The keyring is in excellent condition ( apart from a small hole which has been pierced through the faux leather keyfob ) with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in black faux leather .
The keyfob is gold embossed with the genuine leather symbol – but is not in genuine leather – this was common practice in the 1970s before trades descriptions legislation had grown teeth .
The keyfob has a small hole pierced through it as can be seen in the photos.
It is surprising how often we come across vintage keyrings with holes in the keyfobs – we can only assume that the keyring has at some time been pinned onto a display board as part of a collection.
Needless to say – the hole can only be seen when the badge is flipped up off the keyfob .
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
When it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .
