Sunbeam Tiger - original vintage new old stock 1960s Freeline keyring - very slight damage to badge

An original new old stock Sunbeam Tiger keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s .

Just this one example to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in new old stock mint condition ( apart from the slightest loss of nickel plating from the badge  ) with a vitreous enamel badge in bright yellow & cobalt blue enamel mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather .

In the enlarged high resolution listing photos it can be seen that there is the slightest loss of nickel plating from the badge detail – hardly noticeable when viewed at life size with the naked eye  .

By the style of the ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ backstamp on the badge & the style of the leather keyfob we know that this keyring was made by Freeline of Bristol and is the only example for Sunbeam Tiger which we have ever listed .

Freeline’s keyrings had jewellery quality vitreous enamel badges mounted onto distinctive sharp shouldered keyfobs in a very good grade of genuine black leather .

They were a small concern compared to Melsom Products of Birmingham who were the main automotive keyring producer at the time .

Freeline produced a surprising range of keyrings but in relatively small numbers – so examples of their keyrings especially in mint condition like this one are few and far between .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for use with 1964 – 1968 Sunbeam Tiger .
