Suzuki - late 1990s/ early 2000s blue vitreous enamel badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

A Suzuki motorcycle keyfob badge which will probably have been produced during the 1990s or early 2000s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

Superb quality badges like this one in ‘old school’ vitreous enamel were still produced in Birmingham until relatively recently for the classic bike market .

Sadly all that has now changed with almost all car keyrings and badges now being produced in the Far East with modern resin based enamel badges – not vitreous enamel like this one .

‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ marked on the reverse of the badge ………..badges produced in the Far East will no longer be marked with that statement .

This badge is NOT an original 1970s or 1980s item  – despite being produced in vitreous enamel this badge will have been produced later .

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

The face of this nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is in excellent condition although the nickel plating on the reverse of the badge has been damaged – this can only be seen when the badge is flipped up from the leather keyfob of course.

We have remounted the badge onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide as can be seen in the photos .
