The badge mounted onto this keyring is an original new old stock Toyota keyfob badge dating from the 1970s.

These badges were made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham who were one of the main UK manufacturers of automotive keyrings .

At that time almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in Birmingham – it was quite an industry.

This nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is a brand new old stock item and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide.

These badges will have been reproduced in modern resin based enamel by others but this badge is an original in ‘old school’ vitreous enamel with Melsom Products marked on the back .
