Just one keyring with these perfect badges left – when it has been sold then we have some other original badges to offer which are not in quite as good condition .

Original Toyota keyfob badges which will have been produced in the early 1970s which we have remounted onto new leather keyfobs .

When all the  keyrings with this badge have been sold this listing will be cancelled- just 6 left .

The badges mounted onto these keyrings are original vintage new old stock Toyota keyfob badges dating from the early 1970s.

These badges were made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham who were one of the main UK manufacturers of automotive keyrings .

At that time almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in Birmingham – it was quite an industry.

The badges are nickel plated with genuine red vitreous enamel and are brand new old stock items which have been in storage .

As with many vitreous enamel badges produced over 40 years ago there may be small hardly noticeable imperfections in the enamel .

We are offering the badges mounted onto our individually handmade and handstitched slimline teardrop keyfobs in full grain black leather as can be seen in the photos.

The Toyota prancing stallion logo featured on these badges is particularly relevant for Toyota cars of the period – but this keyring makes a lovely ‘retro’ keyring for use in a much more recent Toyota motor car and we know that customers are buying these keyrings for this purpose.

These badges have been reproduced in modern resin based enamel by others ( keyrings with these badges do appear for sale on internet auction sites ) but the badges mounted onto our keyfobs in this listing are originals in ‘old school’ vitreous enamel with Melsom Products marked on the back of the badges .

We have become very well known worldwide for remounting original keyfob badges onto new leather keyfobs of the correct pattern so that the vintage badges can continue to be used on keyrings well into this 21st Century.

When all the keyrings with this badge have been sold then this listing will be cancelled.
