An original new old stock Triumph TR 250 keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s – when there were plenty of TR 250s on US roads in need of keyrings.

We have just this one example of this scarce keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

We knew that if we waited long enough one of these would eventually appear …………………………and this one has finally turned up !!

An original new old stock Triumph 250 keyring made for the US market by Manhattan Windsor of Birmingham England .

Hardly any were produced as this is the first one that we have ever listed in almost 20 years !

An original Triumph 250 keyring which will have been produced in the early 1970s .

Prior to that we have seen just 2 loose TR 250 badges which we have listed and sold remounted onto new leather keyfobs  – but neither were Manhattan Windsor items .

This keyring would have been made for the USA market at the time and is original & correct for use with Triumph TR250 of which there would have been plenty on the roads of USA in the early 1970s in need of keyrings.

In the 1960s & 1970s almost all keyrings and badges for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry.

This keyring is in new old stock condition with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine full grain black leather gold embossed ‘TOP GRAIN LEATHER ‘ .

Made by the famous Manhattan Windsor Co. whose car keyrings became the pinnacle of quality – no other manufacturer before or since ever matched the standard of their keyrings .

The US market Triumph 250 was produced between 1967 & 1968 and only differed from the European Triumph TR5 in that it was equipped with Zenith-Stromberg carburettors rather than fuel injection ,

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive – obviously it never reached USA at the time …………..but almost certainly it will now finally reach it’s destination !
