Triumph TR - original early 1960s badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Triumph TR keyfob badge which will have been produced in the early 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos. 

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

Specific keyrings for TR2, TR3 & TR4 ( and Austin Healey 100/6 & 3000 ) were very few and far between when the cars were first built.

Very few keyrings specifically for these models were made as witness the very few original examples which we ever come across today.

This badge will have been produced in the early 1960s and will have been intended for use with TR2, TR3 & TR4 .

The badge is in good condition apart from a small blemish in the enamel at the base of the badge which can be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos .

In the 1960s these vitreous enamel badges had hand laid enamel & blemishes were commonplace !

We have remounted the badge onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide .
