Triumph TR3 – original vintage new old stock 1960s keyring – collector’s item

An original new old stock Triumph TR3 keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s when there were still very many TR3s & TR3As on the roads in need of keyrings.

We have just this one example to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

A superb keyring which will have been in storage since it was produced– it is in mint unused condition.

So far as we can recall – this is only the 2nd original keyring made specifically for TR3 which we have ever listed – hardly any TR3 keyrings can have been produced at the time.

The jewellery quality vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather .

‘F & S’ is cast into the back of the badge – we have very occasionally seen these initials on the reverse of keyfob badges before but have never found out who F & S are .

There were many producers of car keyrings in the 1960s ( many of them being very small concerns and almost all of them based in England )

Their details and identities have sadly become lost in time and are unlikely to surface in the future having never been properly recorded and are now probably lost forever .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for 1955 -1961 Triumph TR3 & TR3A .

We are currently listing a very similar original keyring for Triumph TR4 ( unless now sold ) which we received recently together with this TR3 keyring – however it has a different maker’s mark cast into the back of the badge – another manufacturer whose initials we have seen on keyrings before but do not know the identity of !
