Triumph TR4 – original vintage new old stock 1960s keyring – collector’s item

An original new old stock Triumph TR4 keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s 

We have just this one example to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

What a superb keyring which must have been in storage for the last 50 + years – it’s condition is mint .

Original Triumph TR4 keyrings just do not come any better than this one.

The beautiful vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather gold embossed ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’

‘ R.S.E.N.Y.C. TRACKSTAR ‘ is cast into the back of the badge – we have occasionally seen this information on the reverse of other 1960s keyfob badges and have never discovered who the maker was .

There was a badge manufacturer in New York , USA known as ‘King’s International ‘ in the 1960s who marked their badges ‘ N.Y.C. ‘ ( New York City ) and we do wonder if they had a hand in producing these badges which were then brought over to England for mounting onto leather keyfobs .

There were many producers of car keyrings in the 1960s ( many of them being very small concerns and almost all of them based in England )

Their details and identities have sadly become lost in time and are unlikely to surface in the future having never been properly recorded and are now probably lost forever .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for 1961 – 1967 Triumph TR4 & TR4A .

We are currently listing a very similar original keyring for Triumph TR3 ( unless now sold ) which we received recently together with this TR4 keyring – however it has ‘F & S’ cast into the back of the badge – another manufacturer whose initials we have seen on keyrings before but do not know the identity of !
