This keyring is an original new old stock item dating from the late 1960s or early 1970s and the condition is mint .

The beautiful jewellery quality nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine light tan leather .

The translucent blue enamel at the base of the badge is slightly lighter than the rest of the blue enamel – in the 1960s/1970s the enamel was often still being laid by hand.

Made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham who were the main manufacturer of quality leather car keyrings at that time .

In the late 1960s and 1970s almost all car keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry .

The reverse of the badge is marked with Melsom Product Ltd’s details and their ‘Keyflix’ trademark is embossed into the leather beneath the badge.

This keyring will be original & correct for use with any 1960s or 1970s Vauxhall motor car .
