Vespa Club of Britain – original vintage keyring – collector’s item

An original Vespa Club of Britain keyring which will have been produced in 1960s.

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

Very few keyrings like this one will have survived over the last 60 years .

This is a rare keyring and we have never listed another complete one like it although we do currently have a keyring listed in the shop ( unless now sold ) with a Vespa Club badge which came to us loose and we have remounted it onto a new leather keyfob .

This keyring is in excellent condition with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in tan vinyl .

Vinyl was commonly used for motor cycle & motor scooter keyfobs at the time – it was seen as a new material and much more interesting than ‘boring’ old leather .

Additionally it was waterproof – a major benefit for a keyring intended to be used on a scooter in all weathers – much more practical than a leather keyfob which could become rather soggy in the wet .
