Volkswagen Beetle - original 1970s? 'THE BUG' badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

We have just this one example of this charming little badge to offer remounted onto one of our slimline teardrop keyfobs in full grain black hide as can be seen in the photos.

The badge is in mint condition and is only the 5th example which we have seen in the last 10 years .

The badge could date  from the 1970s – but if not then it will have been made at some time since then from the original die.

Cobalt blue & ochre ( a very 1970s colour !) vitreous enamel makes a striking contrast .

A keyring worthy of any Beetle of any age.
