Volkswagen New Beetle - original new old stock late 1990s Manhattan Windsor badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

The badges mounted onto the keyrings in this listing are an original items which are around 25 years old.

We have just three examples of this extremely rare vitreous enamel badge to offer mounted onto a classic rectangular keyfob in black hide.

These are the only examples of this badge which we have ever seen and would not think that many were produced.

These could even have been pre-production samples which then never got into production. Manhattan Windsor’s partial details are cast into the back of the badges.

The badges have been produced using clipped dies which further suggests that they are pre-production samples.

At the same time Manhattan Windsor produced a similar badge for the 1997-2003 Mark IV Golf. We have seen just one example of this which is listed here in the shop ( unless now sold )

We have had to produce the leather keyfobs specially to suit the badges due to the shape of the badges.

The badges are new old stock – so are in mint condition & were made by Manhattan Windsor badgemakers of Birmingham UK in the very late 1990s.

Sadly Manhattan Windsor closed shortly after that.

The badges are original & correct for 1997-2011 Volkswagen New Beetle.
