Wolseley – original 1960s? acrylic overlay badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Wolseley keyfob badge which we would think will have been produced in the 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This original Wolseley keyfob badge is in very good condition and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in full grain black leather .

The nickel plated metal badge has an acrylic overlay to protect the enamel beneath – the style of the badge and this treatment leads us to think that the badge could have been made in New Zealand .

There was just one badgemaker in New Zealand who produced badges like this one – these badges are quite distinctive .

The maker’s name is shown on the back of the badge as ‘PERFECTION’ – which is not a name we have come across before .

Also on the back of the badge is a panel where the owner’s details or ‘phone no. could be engraved .

This badge will be original & correct for use with any 1960s Wolseley motor car .
