COVID 19 Update :- Sunday 29th March 2020.
UK orders are being accepted as always and are being dealt with very quickly – within 3 working days.
We have now been informed by Royal Mail that International shipping could be taking longer than usual due to reduced air traffic – so we can only accept International orders from customers who will be patient and accept that shipping times could be extended.
All UK & International orders will receive a personal email within 24 hours confirming receipt of the order and letting you know when it will be posted/shipped.
We are fortunate that our workshop is in a very quiet location in the English countryside currently not directly affected by the coronavirus situation.
In line with the special measures we are working in strict isolation using materials which we have had in stock for many months.

Most keyrings in the shop have to be made first before they can be shipped
Richard works on his own and orders are usually dealt with and are shipped within a few days. At busy times or if Richard is away this can extend to 14 days – even if the order is for an original vintage keyring which is listed as being in stock and does not have to be made. If your order is urgent PLEASE CHECK with us BEFORE placing the order!
